to handle your calls more efficiently. You will be given 4 options when
calling us:
Option 1: Recorded information about the wildlife park
Option 2: Speak to a member of staff about bookings & general enquiries.
Option 3: Animal Hospital, for your animal related queries.
Option 4: Press & Admin Office, any questions regarding press releases etc.

If a department is busy you will have the chance to leave a recorded message, unless otherwise stated. Please keep messages short and concise as we get many calls.
